Halina Kwan joined Todd Strategy Group in 2026 and supports health policy analysis and government affairs services.  

Prior to joining TSG, she interned with Pfizer, the Pharmaceutical Researchers and Manufacturers of America, Squire Patton Boggs LLP, and the Los Angeles Department of Public Health, focusing on domestic and global health policy. She previously served as an intern at TSG in 2023 and as a fellow in 2026.  

Halina received her B.S. in Healthcare Management and Policy, with Honors, from Georgetown University.
