Katherine Fleming joined Todd Strategy Group in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine served on Capitol Hill for nearly six years in the office of U.S. Congressman Brett Guthrie (KY-02), the top Republican on the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Health Subcommittee. In Katherine’s tenure, she held the position as Staff Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, and Legislative Assistant. Katherine worked on a vast policy portfolio including consumer protection and commerce, education, financial services, and workforce amongst others. Additionally, she directed the Congressman’s public health legislative priorities such as COVID-19 vaccine mandates, e-cigarettes, ERISA, maternal mortality, neurological diseases and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration reauthorization. Katherine previously served as an intern in Republican Leader Mitch McConnell’s Washington, D.C. office.

Katherine graduated from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, with a B.A. in Health Science.
