Katherine Fleming Cotton joined Todd Strategy Group in 2022 and advises clients on health policy, public health, and congressional affairs. 

Prior to joining TSG, she served nearly six years in the office of Representative Brett Guthrie of Kentucky, where she held roles as Staff Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, and Legislative Assistant. Her portfolio included health care, public health, financial services, education, workforce policy, and consumer protection. She led work on COVID-19 vaccine mandates, e-cigarettes, ERISA, maternal mortality, neurological diseases, SAMHSA reauthorization, and other public health priorities. 

Earlier in her career, she interned in the office of Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell. 

Katherine received her B.A. in Health Science from Furman University.
