Megan Horn oversees Todd Strategy Group’s firm operations, business administration and internal systems and has supported the firm in various capacities since 2016. She brings more than 20 years of experience in business operations, consulting, organizational management, and process improvement. 

Prior to her work with TSG, Megan owned a consulting firm advising clients on administrative and operational capacity-building across organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. 

Megan received her B.A. in Psychology and History from Ohio Wesleyan University.
