Nick Magallanes joined Todd Strategy Group in 2025 and advises clients on health care, biotechnology, diagnostics, federal market access, strategic advocacy, and government affairs strategy. 

Prior to joining TSG, he served as Vice President and Head of Government Affairs and Market Access at Illumina, where he led an international team across North and South America and managed the company’s Washington, D.C. office. 

Earlier in his career, Nick held senior roles at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, PhRMA, and Iovance Biotherapeutics. He began his career on Capitol Hill in health policy and leadership roles in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. 

Nick received his B.A. in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University, his M.S. in Health Policy from George Mason University, and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America.
