Nick Uehlecke
Nick Uehlecke joined Todd Strategy Group in 2021 and advises clients on Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, drug pricing, and broader federal health reform policy.
Prior to joining TSG, Nick served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where he worked across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, CMS, and HRSA priorities. His portfolio included regulatory burden reduction, drug pricing policy, data and health IT modernization, value-based care models, the Advancing American Kidney Health Initiative, and oversight of the $178 billion Provider Relief Fund during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
Earlier in his career, Nick spent eight years as a Professional Staff Member on the House Ways and Means Committee, where he worked on Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, Medicare Advantage, and Affordable Care Act reforms. He previously worked as an analyst at Marwood Group, focusing on health care, financial services, education, and energy policy.
Nick received his B.A. from the University of Richmond.
