Taylor Sexton joined Todd Strategy Group in 2021 and advises clients on public health preparedness, infectious disease policy, and federal health security programs. 

Prior to joining TSG, he served as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at HHS, where he worked on Operation Warp Speed, COVID-19 response efforts, therapeutics distribution, supply chain coordination, and interagency response operations. He also served as Deputy Director of the HHS Joint Information Center. 

Earlier in his career, Taylor worked for Representative Michael Burgess, supported pandemic preparedness legislation, and worked as an epidemiologist in public health surveillance for high-consequence infectious diseases. 

Taylor received his Master of Public Health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and his B.S. from Texas A&M University.
